We are opening the position of the Revenue Operations Specialist who will be responsible for optimizing our revenue-generating processes by aligning sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
You will play a crucial role in implementing and managing our tech stack to ensure seamless data flow and actionable insights across departments.
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end revenue processes across marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Manage and enhance our technology stack (Hubspot, Salesforce, n8n, BigQuery, Metabase).
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and provide actionable insights.
- Identify bottlenecks in the revenue funnel and implement solutions to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient handoffs.
- Lead data cleaning and enrichment initiatives to maintain high data quality.
- Automate manual processes to increase operational efficiency.
- Support forecasting and revenue planning activities.
- Train team members on tools and processes.
- Manage and optimize Salesforce instance, including user management, security settings, and customizations.
- You possess minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations or similar roles.
- You demonstrate a proven experience with CRM platforms, particularly Hubspot and Salesforce.
- You justify a strong Strong Salesforce administration skills including:
- User management and security profiles
- Custom object and field creation
- Flow development
- Report and dashboard creation
- Integration management
- Data validation rules and automation
- You have an experience with Salesforce AppExchange tools and third-party integrations, as well as experience with workflow automation tools (n8n or similar).
- You possess a strong knowledge of data management and analytics tools (BigQuery, Metabase).
- You have excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, you're known for your strong project management capabilities.
- You're fluent in English.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant)
- Experience working in a SaaS or technology startup environment
- Knowledge of sales and marketing methodologies
